We need...

...wild children

In the children's shop "Die Wilde 15" 20 children between the ages of 2.8 and 6 are cared for - curious and bright, surprising and impressive, sometimes very quiet and of course also wild, but always together and there for each other. The mix of ages gives the children advantages in every area of development, ie in social, language and intellectual development.

Dear children:

What comes to your mind when you think of the Wilde 15?

"That I can paint and romp."

"Dig and collect potsherds in the garden."

"I like the polsti and the climbing wall."

"The Morning Circle."

"Actually the construction site and the other construction site with Marlies and Emil."

"The cushions with the Jonah."

"The teachers are nice."

"I like the Wilde15, because I can always stay in front there (mum's translation: I can decide for myself whether I take a midday break or not."

"In the morning circle everyone is allowed to gong and count."

"I like that I can play with my friends."

...Committed Parents

The Wilde 15" is one parent initiative, ie the institution sees itself not only as a care "company", but strives for one educational partnership with the parents. This cooperation between parents and children's shop includes e.g. B. the participation of a parent in the monthly parents' evenings, which on the one hand give an insight into the everyday life of the children, but on the other hand also offer the opportunity to influence the design of the framework conditions.
In contrast to normal kindergartens, the parents have more rights in the children's shop, or to put it another way: more opportunities and at the same time more obligations, because a parents' initiative only works with the commitment of the parents. These tasks can include:

- Parental services in the event of illness or absence of staff

- Assisting the staff with excursions and projects

- Meals and transport to Lindersberg

- Participation in working groups, such as "Maintenance" or "Public Relations"

- Special areas of responsibility such as board work or specific services such as shopping etc.

In addition, the parents prepare the children's breakfast together on a daily basis and are responsible for shopping, preparation and serving in the children's shop and take on laundry services over the weekends.

Dear Parents:

What does "Kinderladen" mean to you?

"Adventure! - Being able to develop as a parent and as a child so far that you can even surpass yourself.

community! - A city can be so anonymous, in the children's shop that is totally broken up and new social bonds are created, with parents as well as with children."

"For us, the children's shop is a sheltered place for our daughter to develop freely, to lovingly experience corners and boundaries and to make friends. "Die Wilde 15" in particular is a place of conviviality and a bunch of really crazy people."

"Kinderladen is a place for the whole family and like a small, big family: you take care of each other, pull together, want the best for each other - and sometimes have passionate discussions."

"For me, the children's shop is a place where I send my child with great hope and also trust, because I hope that it doesn't have to have the experiences that I had..."

For us, "Kinderladen" means absolute trust in the educators, the knowledge that our child has the best time there and freedom to develop. In addition, a great community with other families!"
